كيفية اختيار طراز Multispan المناسب

متحكّمات الحرارة والتبريد: طابِق الحسّاس والمخارج

The Cryo CC family covers cold rooms, chillers and display cabinets. Start with the number of outputs you need: CC 510 and CC 520 are single-relay cooling controllers, while CC 512 and CC 522 add an alarm, CC 515 and CC 525 a buzzer, and CC 521 a heater output for defrost. CC 524 combines cooling, fan and defrost; CC 552 drives dual compressors. For process heating or ambient control choose TC 510, and for humidity use MHC 512 or the combined MHT-1202 / MHT-9044. Confirm the probe (NTC or PT100) and supply voltage when ordering.

These relays guard motors and three-phase equipment against supply faults. For a single-phase load, SVR-22U and the SPP-22 / V22-RYB single-phasing preventor watch under/over-voltage; VPR-22U covers the same on a compact base. Three-phase installations use VMR-132, VMR-232, VPR-33, VPR-35, VR-3K or VR-3KN, which add phase-sequence and phase-failure protection. For full motor cover — overload, unbalance and earth fault — specify the MPD-192, or the OLR 50100 overload relay with its built-in CT. Match the voltage range and CT rating to the actual motor.

Multispan timers handle sequencing, star-delta changeover and cyclic control. The DT Series is a fixed-range ON/OFF delay timer supplied to a set interval — DT-10S, DT-30S and DT-60S for seconds, DT-15M and DT-30M for minutes — so you order the range you actually need. Where one part must span several ranges, the DI-22 multi-range delay timer is adjustable, and the DI-22U adds a universal supply input that runs on a wide AC/DC voltage band. Decide the timing range, the function (ON-delay, OFF-delay or cyclic) and the control voltage before selecting.

Level and temperature monitoring: WLC controllers and the MS 5716RU scanner

For tank and sump automation, the WLC 22 water-level controller manages a single tank, while the WLC 35 handles a two-tank fill-and-transfer arrangement using conductive electrodes — pick by the number of tanks and whether you are filling or draining. Where you need to read and log many points, the MS 5716RU is a 16-channel temperature scanner and data logger that displays each channel and records the trend, which suits cold stores, ovens and QC rooms. Confirm the sensor type per channel and the electrode count before ordering.

The PS range are DIN-rail switch-mode supplies that power the controllers and relays above. Choose the output voltage first — 24 V is the panel default (PS24-1A up to PS24-10A), with 12 V (PS12-1A to PS12-8A), 15 V (PS15-5A) and 48 V (PS48-2.5A) options — then the current. Add roughly 30 percent headroom over your calculated load so the supply runs cool and copes with inrush; for example a 4 A load sits comfortably on the PS24-5A. The wattage in each listing (10 W to 240 W) is the quick cross-check.
