As the authorized Multispan distributor we supply only genuine, factory-sourced Multispan units through the authorized channel, each carrying the Multispan manufacturer's warranty. Electrical components from the other brands we stock are likewise genuine and covered by their respective manufacturers' warranty. We can confirm the correct ordering-code variant for your specification so you receive exactly the right part.
What the warranty covers
The manufacturer's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, correct use, for the warranty period stated by the manufacturer for that product. If a unit is found defective within that period and within the manufacturer's terms, it is repaired or replaced accordingly.
What it does not cover
Warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation or wiring, over-voltage or supply faults, misapplication, physical or water damage, tampering or unauthorized repair, or normal wear. Using a part outside its rated specification will void the warranty — if you are unsure of the correct model, ask us before ordering.
Switchgear & panels we build
Distribution boards, motor control centres, capacitor banks and control panels we manufacture in Dubai are built and tested to IEC and DEWA-standard practice. Workmanship on the panels we build is covered per the terms agreed on your order; the components inside carry their own manufacturers' warranty.
How to make a claim
