Which control panels do warehouses and DCs in the UAE actually need?

A typical site needs an incoming MDB, floor and mezzanine SMDBs and FDBs for high-bay lighting and small power, an APFC capacitor bank to control demand charges, an MCC or feeder panel for HVAC/refrigeration and conveyors, and — for cold stores — dedicated refrigeration control panels. We build all of these in Dubai to IEC 61439 and DEWA/EtihadWE practice and deliver across all seven emirates and the GCC.

Can you build control panels for cold and frozen storage?

Yes. We wire cold, chilled and frozen chambers around genuine Multispan CC-series refrigeration controllers and TC-510 temperature controllers, with DT-series defrost timers and MHT/MHC humidity control for dry and produce rooms. Condenser and compressor feeders get VPR-22U/SVR-22U phase-failure relays and OLR-50100 overloads to protect against a lost phase or motor fault.

How do capacitor banks reduce our warehouse electricity bill?

Large refrigeration, HVAC and conveyor motors draw reactive power, which lowers your power factor and can trigger kVArh or demand penalties on a DEWA/EtihadWE bill. Our automatic power-factor-correction (APFC) capacitor banks, with detuned reactors where harmonics are present, switch capacitor steps to hold power factor high and cut those charges.
