Which Multispan controller suits a walk-in cold room versus a freezer store?

For a standard chiller a single-compressor Cryo CC 510 (10 A) or CC 520 (20 A) is usually enough. Freezer rooms that ice up need defrost control — CC 521 (compressor + defrost heater) or CC 524 (cooling + fan + defrost with two NTC sensors). Add CC 512/522 for a high-temperature alarm relay, CC 548 for a door-switch input, or CC 552 to sequence two compressors. Tell us the load, sensor type and outputs you need and we'll confirm the right model.

Do you build the full refrigeration panel, or only supply controllers?

Both. We manufacture refrigeration MCC, compressor-rack, condensing-unit and glycol pump panels to IEC 61439 and DEWA at our Dubai factory, wired with contactors, overloads, HP/LP interlocks and the Multispan controllers and protection relays inside. We can also supply loose genuine Multispan instruments as drop-in replacements for an existing cold room.

Can the panel keep a cold store running during a DEWA power cut?

Yes. We build ATS panels with bypass switch that transfer temperature-critical refrigeration loads to a standby generator automatically, so freezer and chill-room stock is protected during outages. We size the changeover and the panel for your compressor and fan loads.

How do I meet cold-chain temperature-logging requirements for audits?

We supply the Multispan MS-5716RU multi-channel data logger to record temperatures across several rooms or evaporators continuously, giving you the traceable records needed for HACCP and Dubai Municipality cold-chain inspections. It integrates with the room controllers in the same panel.
