The Multispan CC-510 and CC-520 are single-stage refrigeration / cooling controllers from the Cryo CC series. They are functionally identical — NTC sensor, ON-OFF cooling with adjustable hysteresis and time-based defrost — and differ only in the compressor relay rating: the CC-510 switches 10 A and the CC-520 switches 20 A. What is the difference between Multispan CC-510 and CC-520?

Both are single-stage NTC cooling controllers with the same control, defrost and display; the only difference is the compressor relay rating — 10 A on the CC-510 and 20 A on the CC-520. Pick by your compressor or contactor current.

Can the CC-520 replace a CC-510?

Yes — the CC-520 is a drop-in upgrade with a higher 20 A relay and will run any load a CC-510 handles. Confirm the panel wiring and supply voltage when swapping.
